These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vozeka platform and related services ("Service") provided by VOZEKA LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17098413), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
Vozeka is a mobile-first B2B SaaS platform that provides small businesses with:
- Detailed inventory tracking and management
- Mobile point-of-sale (POS) system
- Multi-location inventory management
- WhatsApp product catalog generation and sharing
- AI-powered multilingual sales assistant with human-in-the-loop approval
- Business reporting and analytics
2. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. AI Sales Assistant — Human-in-the-Loop
The AI Sales Assistant feature generates draft responses for customer messages. No message is sent to any customer without your explicit approval. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated responses are suggestions that require your review and approval
- You are responsible for the content of messages you approve and send
- The AI uses your business data (products, prices, stock levels) to generate relevant responses
- You can revise, edit, or reject any AI-generated response before it is sent
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious content or code
- Use the AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
5. Subscriptions and Payment
Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the Service. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by VOZEKA LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
8. Availability and Offline Features
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The offline-first features of the mobile app allow core operations to continue without internet, with automatic synchronization when connectivity is restored.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOZEKA LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request data export before termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
